1. When can I start using the running number after purchasing?

You can start using the running number directly after the payment is made. A link to access the running number will be sent to your email after the payment is received. Alternatively, you can also access your running number by logging in and go to the Numbers page.

2. How can I configure the running number?

To configure the running number, you will need to complete the payment first. After the payment is made, you will be given a link to access the running number. For example:

When accessing the link, if the running number has not been configured, you will be asked to configure the number.

3. Why can't I get a new number anymore?

You will be able to get a new number until the limit of 2,147,483,647 if the number is incrementing. For number that is decrementing, the minimum value is 0.

4. When does the running number reset?

Based on the configuration, your running number may or may not be reset. If the running number is configured to be reset, it will be reset when you retrieve a new number for the first time in a new interval. Below are the available reset periods:
  • Monthly.
  • Quarterly. The quarter periods are 1 January - 31 March, 1 April - 30 June, 1 July - 30 September, and 1 October - 31 December.
  • Half-Yearly. The half-yearly periods are 1 January - 30 June, 1 July - 31 December.
  • Yearly. The yearly period is 1 January - 31 December.
For example: A running number starts at 1. The number counts upwards and the reset period is monthly. If the last number retrieved in January 2013 is 100. When a user retrieves a number on 1 February, the new number will be 1.

5. What does "Login is Required" mean in the configuration page?

It is to specify whether accessing the running number link will require login to the system. If this is set to No, then anyone who has the link will be able to access the running number and retrieve a new number. The access link is uniquely generated by the system with 40-alphanumeric characters for your security.

6. How can I know when my running number expires?

You will be able to view the expiry date of your running number in the configuration page.

An example of the expiry date computation is if you completed payment of your running number on 1 January 2013, and the validity of your running number is 1 year, then you will no longer have access to your running number on 2 January 2014.

7. Why is the price displayed differently when I am logged in?

The price displayed can be different if you are from Singapore. For Singapore customers, the price will be adjusted to include GST of 7%.
